I am Teun; disciplined peak performer. I help you with planning your day-to-day life, so you can focus on your business.

And that means from that moment on, you'll have more freedom in your business to live in a healthy way. As a result of which, you can scale your business to new levels, while maintaining your healthy state of living.

In short, a healthy life on your own terms. First, I'll tell you how I got here in the first place.

My journey started when was 19 and I decided I was too skinny. I wanted to gain more muscle. Not too long after, I figured out that exercise made me feel great physically as well as mentally. I noticed how food and sleep played a big factor in how my body behaved during the day.

Fast-forward to 3 years ago, where my mom passed away. Around this time, I started my business journey and I was busy getting it off the ground.

The passing of my mom put me in a deep depression, I stopped eating healthy, barely got exercise and my sleep patterns were horrible. During this time, I was still busy with working on my business, but I kept running into the same wall. I started my business to gain freedom. But there was no freedom to be found. I felt tired, unmotivated and insecure.

Then it came to me that there is more about business than just sitting down and doing the work. You need your body and brain to work with you, not against you.

Now I function as a peak performer, working 60 hours a week, while eating good every day, getting efficient sleep and exercising 5 days a week.
